Katy has served the residents of Cherry Hills Village for more than 14 years including 10 years on City Council and 4 years as Mayor Pro Tem. She began her service to Cherry Hills Village on the Parks, Trails, and Recreation Commission where, as Chair, she led the effort to develop the City’s first master plan specifically for parks, trails, and open space. She served on the initial Quincy Farm Visioning Committee in 2012 which set the direction for the future of Quincy Farm, and she has fought for that vision ever since. Last year, Katy successfully led the effort to save Quincy Farm as a public treasure and to partner with the Cherry Hills Land Preserve on promoting the Farm as a public natural space.
